Mr.
Ponsaran is a CPA- Lawyer with over 25 years experience in
corporate law, taxation, banking, finance and investment banking
His recent involvements include the acquisition and rehabilitation
of an aluminum company, licensing of several investment houses,
acquisition and corporate reorganization of several listed
companies, setting up of a new airline company, initial public
offering of various companies and legal documentation of various
joint venture projects. Mr. Ponsaran obtained his Bachelor
of Laws from the University of the Philippines; Bachelor in
Business Administration from the University of the East and
completed the MDP Program at the Asian Institute of Management.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of both the
Philippine Bar and the New York Bar.
Joaquin

By
academic training, Mr. Obieta is a rare chemical engineer-lawyer
combination. As a chemical engineer, he worked briefly for
a multinational oil company, and thereafter joined the academe
and eventually became college dean. He finally became a student
of the law, and has since dedicated himself to the practice
of the legal profession, particularly in litigation and corporate
law. Mr. Obieta served as an Assistant Secretary in the Philippine
Department of Transportation and Communications. He teaches
at the Ateneo School of Law. Mr. Obieta finished law at the
Ateneo de Manila University and was admitted to the Philippine
Bar in 1989. He also obtained both his Bachelor of Sacred
Theology (cum laude) and Licentiate in Philosophy (cum laude)
at the University of Santo Tomas; Bachelor of Science in Chemical
Engineering at the De La Salle University, and placed 8th
in the Chemical Engineering Board Examinations.

Mr.
Tuason has broad experience in securities law and enforcement.
He served as legal counsel and eventually Head, Compliance
and Surveillance Department of the then newly- unified Philippine
Stock Exchange. In such capacity he was directly involved
in pioneering and policy-setting activities during the formative
stage of the restructured and rationalized national securities
exchange. Mr. Tuason is concurrently Country Manager of the
Philippine subsidiary of the Securities Database Group of
a Canadian financial services company and a leading international
vendor of propriety information. Information research covers
new equity and debt issues, mergers and other corporate transaction
data, IPO's, long-term loans and project financing. of companies
in the Asian region. Mr. Tuason obtained his Bachelor of Laws
degree at the Ateneo de Manila University and is a member
of the Philippine Bar since 1976.
Reginald
Alberto B. Nolido

Mr.
Nolido specializes in banking, loan documentation, debt restructuring,
intellectual property, labor, human resources administration
and litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Nolido worked
for one of the Philippines premier banking institutions servicing
the legal needs of the Bank's corporate banking group and
the Bank's wholly-owned investment bank He also dabbles as
contributing writer for various local and foreign publications.
Mr. Nolido graduated magna cum laude at the University of
the Philippines School of Economics and thereafter completed
his Bachelor of Laws at the Ateneo de Manila (second honors).
He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1995 and is a member
of the integrated Bar of the Philippines- Makati Chapter.
Arsenio

Atty. Arsenio A. Alfiler, Jr. is currently Office Counsel
to the firm. He has considerable experience as a corporate
lawyer and as an in-house legal counsel. As legal counsel
of financial institutions, he dealt with a variety of legal,
administrative and related problems that deepened his professional
competence in corporate law. He developed his expertise in
legal work for financial services in his 26 years of experience
in five financial institutions: Bancom Development Corporation
(1977-1981), Union Bank of the Philippines (1982-1987), AsianBank
Corporation and AB Capital and Investment Corporation (1987-2003)
and a brief stint with Asiatrust Bank (January – July
15, 2004). These financial institutions are banks and investment
houses, which perform quasi-banking operations, provide trust
services and are also engaged in securities trading. As a
graduate of the Philippine Trust Institute, he acquired formal
training in trust operations.
Atty.
Alfiler completed his Bachelor of Laws at the University Of
the Philippines in 1971 and was admitted to the Philippine
Bar the following year.

Ms. Santos specializes in election, criminal, labor and civil
law. She is the firm's litigation associate. Ms. Santos obtained
her A.B. Behavioral Science Degree from the University of
Santo Tomas. Thereafter she completed her Bachelor of Laws
degree from Arellano University. She was admitted to the Philippine
Bar in 2000.

Ms.
San Pablo holds a BS on Accountancy degree from University
of Santo Tomas and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Arellano
University School of Law. She worked as a freelance auditor
for a couple of years after earning her undergraduate degree.
Currently, she handles corporate, tax, and labor cases for
the firm. She is a certified Public Accountant and was admitted
to the Philippine Bar in 2005.

Mr. Bolinao is the newest member of the firm and handles civil
and intellectual property cases. He obtained his A.B. Philosophy
and Human Resources Development Degrees from San Beda College.
Thereafter, he completed his Juris Doctor Degree from the
Ateneo De Manila University School of Law. He was admitted
to the Philippine Bar on 2005.

Ms. Dy specializes in corporate and contracts law. She also handles civil,
labor and corporate rehabilitation cases for the firm. She obtained his A.B.
Economics Degree Ateneo de Manila University and thereafter she completed her

Ms. Dy was admitted to the Philippine Bar on 2004.

Mr. Ponsaran has ten years experience in company registration
and allied services. He was involved in the incorporation
if a bio-diesel and petrochemical company, securities broker/dealer,
call centers, insurance, recruitment, foundation, holding,
Special Purpose Vehicle and bother companies of various businesses.
His expertise covers registration of investments with the
Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, registration with the Philippine
Economic Zone Authority, registration with the Board of Investment
and securing license from the Insurance Commission. He also
has a background in corporate due diligence, obtaining corporate
tax rulings/clearances, corporate restructuring and registration
work with Registry of Deeds. Mr. Ponsaran is a graduate of
the University of San Agustin- Major in Finance/ Marketing
and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws degree.
